Becoming a Member
Under the dual membership plan instituted by the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) in 2005, individuals and organizations taking out a membership in AIRS automatically become members of the state or multi-state affiliate which covers their state. Thus, Michigan residents and agencies who join AIRS automatically become members of MI-AIRS and are entitled to all rights and privileges available to MI-AIRS members. There is no provision for joining MI-AIRS without also joining AIRS.
