AIRS Online Training through Essential Learnings
Michigan Alliance of Information and Referral Systems is pleased to continue the opportunity for MI-AIRS members to utilize the AIRS Online Training subscription for one year and receive either one or two trainee slots for free.
The AIRS Online training includes the Basics of I&R, resource management and taxonomy courses and general courses relevant to Information and Referral. For information about the AIRS online training, click here.
Michigan 2-1-1 and MI-AIRS have set up a subscription that provides unlimited use of the AIRS Online training courses for MI 2-1-1 and MI-AIRS members. Instead of paying for each course, MI-AIRS members who subscribe will be able to use all of the available courses for $66.12 per employee/annually.
As an added incentive to try the AIRS Online Training, AIRS members from Michigan at the “Enhanced” or "Standard" levels receive two free training slots courtesy of MI-AIRS in appreciation for their AIRS membership. MI-AIRS members can purchase additional slots for employees at the annual rate of $66.12 for each additional employee.
As part of the package, each participating organization will identify a “supervisor” who will be able to identify training courses expected of staff and utilize reports that show the courses taken and completed successfully for each of your staff. The supervisor will also receive training about administering the system.
MI-AIRS is excited about creating our own courses applicable to I&R programs in Michigan or relevant to your specific agency or program.
